With its diverse economy, Emerald has been increasingly recognised for its investment potential. Emerald is in the heart of one of Australia’s largest coal mining areas and the region is also significant for its beef production and agriculture products, including cotton, grain and citrus. The Fairbairn Dam (which is larger than Sydney Harbour) provides an abundance of water for recreation and irrigation. Some of the world’s best sapphires are mined locally. Local investment potential is being widely realised and many rural investors, who are wishing to diversify, are looking to residential, commercial and industrial property within the Emerald area. Current market prices make housing investment attractive with the potential for significant capital growth in the future.

The Team at Ray White (Emerald) offers expertise and enthusiasm along with professional, friendly service and look forward to assisting you with all your Real Estate needs.
